  Capay Cemetary Jim and Lucille lived most of their lives on the Monroe/Duncan Ranch just North of Capay bridge. While working and managing this ranch, they raised their three children. Jim and Lucille moved to Esparto when the ranch sold. Nancy and Jim Grasty (he was a Pharmacist) live in Sacramento, Martha and Ray Donnenworth (he was a teacher) live in Portola, California, Jim and Barbara Monroe raised their children in Woodland and moved to Esparto next to Jim's parents. Jim III retired from PG&E.
