  http://genforum.genealogy.com/fick/messages/233.h There is a Peter Henry Fick who is believed to be a son of Peter Fick and wife, Sarah. They were Loyalists who fled New York in 1783 to the northern part of Nova Scotia (which became New Brunswick).Due to harsh living conditions, the family left New Brunswick in the early 1800s and settled for a time in Catskill, New York before joining many other Loyalists in Upper Canada (Ontario)about 1813 or so. They settled in Walsingham Twp., Norfolk Co., Ontario.
