    Before his Excellency in Council upon his Oath says that p. 112

    about six weeks ago being in Company with Mr Iohn Cood at

    Mr Spurns house where he was forced by the said Cood to

    drink, he heard the said Cood among other Extravagant talk

    say that a Dog or a Cow or a Swine had Souls as well as

    men, & being weary of such Company & for his horrible

    Cursing and swearing he went his way & did not stay a

    Quarter of an hour in the house but that he left Mr Bouye,
